  I have a local small business in Richmond Hill and moved here from Atlanta 7 years ago. I was used to my bank which stayed open late AND on Saturdays. To my surprise these local banks closed early and were closed on Saturdays. I'm old school when it comes to banks...I make frequent deposits in person rather than digitally. I like to interact face to face with the staff that I'm trusting my money with. I like getting to know them and it's nice when I walk up to the counter and they greet me by first name and even got my account pulled up before I get to the counter! Heck 2 of the tellers even know my voice over the phone when I call! We have several checking accounts (I've got 3 teens) with them and they don't charge fees for any except my business checking which is ONLY $5 a month. No minimum balance required either. I had the worst thing happen and my account was wiped out by some jerk bag in Philly. I was on vacation when it happened and all I did was call my branch and rather than make me wait for an investigation they put my money back in within a couple of hours:) LOVE THIS BANK! The only negative is that I end up buying a Starbucks every time I go in... there's no drive thru since they're located inside Kroger.
